- From the splash screen, login then click ‘Account'. From the in-game options menu, login then click ‘Profile'.
- Navigate to ‘Account Info'. This should be the default landing page.
- Enter your new password and click submit. After a moment, you should see a message, 'Done! Your password has been changed!' If you do not see this message, then the request failed to go through. Please try again.

Please contact us (click the lower right '?') with your selection of new usernames, each on a separate line, sorted from most to least preferred. Don't forget to include your current 2.7 username!

The e-mail address you registered to your game account cannot be changed after the registration process has been completed. If you must change it, please contact us (click the lower right '?') and be sure to state that this is a WQ game account, not a community forum account.
